Daniel Stokar is a go-to person in healthcare. Passionate about making healthcare more accessible for high risk, frail and homebound patients, Daniel developed a modern approach to old fashion medicine, combining technology with robust community relationships and doctors visiting people at home. Having served thousands of seniors in New York City, Housecalls for the Homebound provides home-based primary care to people who have limited access to primary care. By seeing patients at home, Housecalls for the Homebound is able to monitor and maintain patients in the community where they want to live, and enable people to avoid hospitalization and nursing home admission.

Daniel received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University and has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. He is active in many local organizations and is devoted to helping seniors receive the care they need.
